Rules & Regulations for Submitting the film: Films that are shot in Mobile Camera, Digital Camera, iPod, Tablet will not be accepted. Films that are shot in 3CCD, HD, 1CCD, Film camera are accepted for the screening. Recommended video resolutions: 480p, 720p, 720i, 1080p, 1080i. Preliminary screening of all the films will be held in a preview theatre and those films that are selected by the JURY panel only will be screened during the festival time. The voice of jury is given the highest priority and no revision of their judgment will be made. Subtitles are must for all languages, except Tamil. Vulgarity, Obscenity in the film content will not be appreciated and accepted. Duplication of films is illegal and will directly lead to disqualification. Multiple entries from an individual are acceptable with separate fee for each submission.
