Mayor Hulday:
Yesterday around lunchtime, Municipality personnel and inspectors appeared and
again engaged in threats and intimidation with no legal foundation against dwellers of
the park.
nitially, they again claimed that their actions are based on "Demolition Decrees, or
"Eviction Decrees.
After again clarified that no such "Decrees ever existed, and that such claims were
legal fibulations, they claimed that their actions are based on your authority, pursuant
to Municipality Ordinances.
Such claims are fibulations as well: The Notice/Demand papers, issued by the
Municipality, cite the irrelevant Municipality Ordinance Chapter 5, Street
Preservation.
When pointed that out, Municipality personnel stated what had been obvious all
along: That the ongoing campaign of harassment was crafted by the Municipality's
Legal Department.
Claims of building "permanent shelters are baseless as well, and the application of
force by the Municipality is capricious, arbitrary and discriminatory.
Shown below are pictures of:
a) The miserable shelter of a homeless, Social Protest activist, which was forcefully
demolished last week by Municipality personnel within minutes with minimal effort,
under claims that it was a "permanent structure.

b) Series of structures that were exempt from such actions by the Municipality last
week, and were built by i. "State Persons (that is how they are referred to by
Municipality personnel) - a Muslim family from raq, which has no relationship
whatsoever to the Social Protest movement, and was planted here by State
authorities. ii. Municipality and/or srael Police affiliated person.
Such conduct, crafted by the Tel Aviv Municipality Legal Department, approved by
your office, and carried out n collusion with the srael Police, should be deemed as
serious violation of the Human Rights of Social Protest activists and/or the homeless
under the color of law.
You are herein given noticed to cease and desist such conduct.
