Eggless Tea Cake class

1. Wash dates and chop them finely. 2. Add soda to warm water. 3. Soak dates in the water 2-3 hours before till soft. Method: 1. Pre-heat oven at 180C. 2. Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda. 3. Whisk butter and then add condensed milk whisk it is till it becomes light and fluffy. 4. Add maida mixture and whisk well. 5. Add milk and vanilla essence and whisk well again for 2 minutes. 6. Now add soaked dates and whisk. 7. Then lightly mix walnuts and pour into 6 to 7 inch greased and dusted baking tin. 8. Bake for 30-40 min 180C in a preheated oven.

Method: 1. Pre-heat oven at 180C. 2. Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda. 3. Whisk butter and then add condensed milk and milk and whisk them well, till it becomes light and fluffy. 4. Add maida mixture and whisk well. 5. Divide the batter in two portions. 6. Add strawberry essence and pink color in on batter. 7. Add Butterscotch essence and yellow color in second batter. 8. Pour yellow batter over pink batter and turn the spatula upside down.

9. Pour this batter in 8 * 4 inch loaf tin and bake in preheated (180 degree) oven for 30 35 mins or till done.

Method: 1. Preheat oven at 180 Centigrade. 2. Sieve Atta, baking powder and soda bi carb. 3. Wisk butter and milkmaid. 4. Add maida mixture and whisk well. 5. Add milk and orange zest and whisk well again for 2 min. 6. Now add orange pulp and carrot and whisk. 7. Pour into greased and dusted baking tin. 8. Bake into preheated oven for 35 to 40 min.

Method: 1. Preheat oven at 180 Centigrade. 2. Sieve Atta, cinnamon powder, Nutmeg powder, baking powder and soda bi carb. 3. Wisk butter and milkmaid. 4. Add atta mixture and whisk well. 5. Add milk and whisk well again for 2 min. 6. Stir in Mashed banana and walnut. 7. Pour into greased and dusted baking tin. 8. Bake into preheated oven for 35 to 40 min.

Maida Baking powder Curd

Method: 1. Sieve maida, cocoa and baking powder. Add walnut to the flour. 2. Beat sugar and butter till it becomes light and fluffy. 3. Add curd, vanilla essence, and jam and mix them well. 4. Lastly mix the flour and enough milk to get soft batter. 5. Transfer the mixture into 8 square greased baking tray. 6. Arrange walnut half at 2 intervals. 7. Bake into preheated oven at 180C for 35 to 40 min. Remove after 2 mins. 8. Cut 1 pieces and let them cool down. For topping-dark chocolate-40gm, iceing suar-3tbsp, few walnut chopped. Lemon cake maida Baking powder

175 gms 2 tsp

Lemon juice Curd

2 tbsp 1 cup

Method: 1. Sieve Atta, baking powder and soda bi carb. 2. Beat sugar and butter till it becomes light and fluffy. Add lemon Zest. 3. Mix curd and lemon juice and keep aside. 4. Add maida mixture and curd little by little alternately. 5. Mix well but do not over beat. 6. Put the mixture into 8*4 loft pan. 7. Bake in preheat oven at 180C for 40 to 45 min.

This cake is very soft. After removing from the oven, let it cool in the tin for 10 to 15 min and then remove on the wire rack. Lemon cake topping- heat sugar and lemon juice over the low heat,stirring continuously, till the sugar dissolves.pierce top of the cake with a fork and pour the prepared topping on top of the cake.

Sieve Atta, baking powder and soda bi carb, suji, cardamom powder and keep aside. Add Cream butter and milkmaid and then whisk well. Then add milk and whisk well again. Add maida mixture and mawa and whisk well. Pour into the greased and dusted tin baking tin. Decorate with crashed cashew. Bake into pre-heat oven for 35 to 40min.

Method: 1. Sieve maida baking powder, baking soda and keep aside. 2. Beat butter and sugar till it becomes light and fluffy. 3. Add maida and milk little by little alternative method. 4. Then add crush and choco chips. 5. Add 2-3 tsp milk as per requirement. 6. Pour in to a muffin tray or small katories. 7. Sprinkle choco chips on top. 8. Method: 1. Sieve maida baking powder, baking soda and keep aside. 2. Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over slow flame or microwave. 3. Add milkmaid and milk and beat it. 4. Then add maida, chopped walnut and vanilla essence. Do not over beat. 5. Pour the mixture in a 6 inch square tin. 6. Bake in a preheated oven 170C for 15min or until just set. 7. Do not over bake. Brownies should be slightly moist inside and a cracked look on top. 8. Cool in the pan for 1hour and slice them as 2 inch square.

Tips

Have all ingredients at room temperature for best result. Measure/weigh the ingredients accurately. Sift dry ingredients well, so that the mixture is aerated. Use the correct size cake tin. Fill the cake tin only half to two-third with batter. While creaming fat and sugar all sugar should not be added at a time, gradual addition of sugar in small portion will ensure batter and faster aeration. Sometime the Cake batter may appear too thick. In such cases, add 2-4 tbsp of milk to make the batter softer. When cakes are removed from the oven, wait for 5 to 10 min before removing from the tin. Place the tin in the center of oven so the hot air can circulate around it. For icing, use only icing sugar. Dont put maida at a time, put little by little. Dont over beat the batter.
