Products
The photographs illustrating the Products presented reproduce them as faithfully as
possible, but are of no contractual value. The Customer is advised to view the
description of each Product to satisfy him/herself as to its basic characteristics.

Prices
The prices are indicated in Euros including VAT.
The Value Added Tax is the tax applicable on French territory.

Payment
Only payments by bank card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express) are
accepted. Methods of payment such as bank transfers and cash on delivery are not
accepted. The amount of the invoice will be debited to the bank account at the date
when the products are dispatched. In the event of partial delivery, only the value of
the goods actually delivered will be debited. The minimum amount for an order is
15 (fifteen) euros. The making of an order implies acceptance by the customer, thereby
entailing formation of the contract and the customer’s final acceptance of the prices
and descriptions of the products available for sale, as well as acceptance of the general
conditions of sale as a whole.

Delivery
A.P.C. delivers anywhere in the world (except Japan, the United States and Canada),
with the exception of post-office box addresses (P.O. Box). A.P.C. will make its best
efforts to ensure delivery of the order, enclosing the evidencing invoice, within an
average of four (4) to five (5) working days and a maximum of thirty (30) working
days from the day following the date of payment of the order. The articles ordered by
the customer are delivered to the address given by the customer. The customer can
have the Products delivered to a different address from his/her own. Delivery will not
be made in the event of force majeure (frustration), transport strike and/or postal
strike. The products shall be deliverable only subject to availability. Deliveries for
France, Monaco and the European Union shall be sent by ordinary delivery or express
delivery (depending on the postage and packing cost option selected by the customer).
For the rest of the world, orders are dispatched by express delivery and the cost of
carriage depends on the number of items ordered.

Right of withdrawal
The customer shall have seven (7) working days from the date of receipt within which
to return the articles he/she has ordered, at his/her own expense and without stating
reasons. To be returnable, the products must be neither worn nor washed.
The Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to the
following address: A.P.C. Atelier de Production et de Création – 72 avenue Maurice
Thorez – 94200 Ivry sur Seine – France. If the above-stated conditions are fulfilled,
A.P.C. shall refund the customer for the total amount of his/her order, within fifteen
(15) days of A.P.C. receiving the Products, except for the cost of returning the Products,
which shall be borne by the Purchaser.
Exchanges and refunds
The customer shall have seven (7) working days within which to return or exchange,
at his/her own cost, any Product ordered by the customer if it fails to give him/her
satisfaction. This time limit shall run from the date of receipt of the Products. Beyond
that time limit, A.P.C. may at its option refuse to make the exchange or refund.
All Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, neither worn
nor washed, to the following address: A.P.C. Atelier de Production et de Création –
72 avenue Maurice Thorez – 94200 Ivry sur Seine – France, enclosing the initial
invoice, on the back of which must be stated the reasons for the return. It shall be
the customer’s responsibility to retain all proof of return; this implies returning his/her
order by registered parcel or by any other means of ascertaining the date of the return
dispatch. Any products returned other than in their original condition and packaging,
particularly where they are incomplete, or have been worn or dirtied by the customer,
will not be taken back. In the event of abnormal or unreasonable returns, A.P.C. may
refuse to honour any future order. If the above-stated conditions are fulfilled, A.P.C.
shall refund the customer for the total amount of his/her order, within fifteen (15) days
of A.P.C. receiving the Products, except for the cost of returning the Products, which
shall be borne by the customer. In the event of an exchange, A.P.C. will not charge
the customer for the cost it incurs in re-sending the product exchanged.

Shipping charges
In case of incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged on the first delivery.
Orders from outside the European Union will not be charged the V.A.T. (19.6%).
They are subject to local taxes upon arrival, except for Switzerland and Norway.
