1 Function
The function block RQCD is part of the Radio Control Subsystem (RCS) in the Base Station Controller (BSC). Block RQCD stores cell related data for locating and supervision functions in block group Radio Connection Quality Supervision (RCQS). Command parameter values are loaded from command blocks with RQCD supplying some parameter default values. The block RQCD also handles statistics concerning number of handover attempts as well as number of successful handovers.
