Objectives
To consider and discuss the main principles of effective corporate procurement, other companies experience, procurement systems performance improvement approaches at a large manufacturing company (holding). To consider specific problems in Russian manufacturing corporates and holdings procurement management, definition of potential ways of solving these problems .

Course specifics
Primarily training will be interesting primarily to managers responsible for effective procurement management. Training goal not only to cross light methodological aspects of procurement systems development but in greater degree to consider real situations and problems with which procurement managers commonly face and ways of solving them.

Teaching methodology
Training is carrying in interactive way. Besides lecture part it includes consideration of common problems and practical tasks with special training material in Russian language. Performance improvement potentials. Procurement planning and development of product specifications, contracting parties and contract conditions: Common planning approaches (procurement plan, lot booking, consolidation of purchases and etc.) Interaction with financial and manufacturing planning Development of product specifications, contracting parties and contract conditions. Procurement procedures and conditions (real situations) review. Features of procedures during complex, strategic and responsible purchasing. Long-term contracts.
