11. Select 1st row and use Filter (from Data tab). 12. Now add cell name for S_Cell by using =VLOOKUP(A2,source!A:B,2,0) here 2 means which value I want to print. 13. So I will get the S_Cell Name

14. Now add Neighbor Cell Name by =VLOOKUP(B2,source!A:B,2,0) 15. So I will get the N_Cell Name 16. Now do Pair by =C2&"_"&D2 which will be like DHBHA4WA_DHBHA4WB 17. Add Stat= ok 18. For Cluster No use =VLOOKUP(D2,source!D:E,2,0) search it by name (D) for 12 cluster.so we will get CL. 19. Create Pivot table.
