THIS TERMINATION AGREEMNT is madepnd entered into this
~;ït1 day of November, 1976, by and between LTD LAND COMPANY,
an Oklahoma corporation, formerly Studebaker Land Co~pany,
a/k/a Studebaker Land Co., Inc" hereinafter referred to as
"LTD", and SOU?in~STERN INVSTMENT COMPANY, a Texas corpora-
tion, hereinafter referred to as "SIC". -
In consideration of their mutual covenants and agreements
herein contained and for other Good and valuable considerations
the receipt and sufficiency of ~hich are hereby acknowledged,
the parties do hereby terminate two agreements entitled "Agree- ;/
ment of Integral Engac¡ements" between LTD and SIC being dated
Mach 14, 1974, and recorded March 14, 1974, in Book 325 at
Pages 413-418 of the real estate records of Delaware County
and dated March 18, 1974, and recorded February 25, 1975, in
Book 333 at Pages 73-80 of the real estate records of Delaware
County. The termination of L~e Agreements shall not affect any
of the rights or obligations of either party to said Agreements
accru~g prior to this date. Any and all provisions regarding
