Bleed Out Every damages received from HERO will cause the bleeding even more severe.

The bleeding duration will be refreshed and the DPS will be increased. DPS increment has no limit/cap. Level 1: Initial 50 damage/sec for 2 sec. DPS increase by 5 for each refresh. Level 2: Initial 50 damage/sec for 3 sec. DPS increase by 5 for each refresh. Level 3: Initial 50 damage/sec for 4 sec. DPS increase by 5 for each refresh. Level 4: Initial 50 damage/sec for 5 sec. DPS increase by 5 for each refresh. Manacost: N/A Cooldown: N/A Hells Dagger Conjure the sharpest dagger ever to where the HERO is facing and damage all enemy units in a straight line. The damage will increase for 20 per unit it strikes. Max range for the dagger to travel is 2000. Level 1: Strike unit within 100 AOE, 60 starting damage. Level 2: Strike unit within 120 AOE, 70 starting damage. Level 3: Strike unit within 140 AOE, 80 starting damage. Level 4: Strike unit within 160 AOE, 90 starting damage. Manacost: 100/120/140/160 Cooldown: 8/6/4/2 sec Haunted Arena HERO summoned this wicked arena where all enemy unit within the respected AOE will be divided by two souls. One of which their own physical bodies and other is their ethereal one. Both received damage respectively and when the durations over, the damage that both of the bodies received will be combined. Level 1: 400 AOE. Last for 3 sec. Combine both damage but only received 20% of it. Level 2: 450 AOE. Last for 3 sec. Combine both damage but only received 30% of it. Level 3: 500 AOE. Last for 3 sec. Combine both damage but only received 40% of it. Level 4: 550 AOE. Last for 3 sec. Combine both damage but only received 50% of it. Manacost: 120/140/160/180 Cooldown: 20 sec Trick o Treat There are no real treat in HEROs dictionary due to his devilish personality. Whenever this spell got activated, HEROs spell will ignore 100% of the opponents armor or magic resistance. Level 1: Last 3 sec. Cost extra 300 health. Level 2: Last 4 sec. Cost extra 200 health. Level 3: Last 5 sec. Cost extra 100 health. Manacost: 200/300/400

Bandits Quest Activate this and HERO will get a random quest for him to complete. He will earn lots of gold based on the difficulty of the quest. However, the higher the gold earned from the quest, the lower the chance for it to appear. This is an innate ability. Possible Quest List: Kill an enemy hero = 200 gold Buy an item from mystery shop = 100 gold Pick a rune = 150 gold Kill one enemy creep = 50 gold Stack a neutral camp = 100 gold Chop a tree = 50 gold Destroy a building = 250 gold Kill the ancients = 150 gold Get aegis of the immortal = 300 gold Denied one allied hero = 150 gold Get a triple kill = 300 gold Dominate one neutral creep = 100 gold Steal enemy heros gold = 200 gold

Denied your own ally creep = 50 gold Denied a tower = 200 gold Obtain cheese = 200 gold Drop an item = 50 gold Assist a kill = 50 gold Heal yourself at fountain = 100 gold Spend more than 1000 gold = 100 gold Gain new level = 200 gold Cast a spell = 50 gold Teleport to allied building = 100 gold Complete an item = 100 gold Save gold for instant buyback = 100 gold Have 500 gold = 50 gold

MAIN CHALLENGE: MUST HAVE AN INNATE ABILITY SECONDARY CHALLENGE: INNATE ABILITY MUST NOT DEAL ANY KIND OF DAMAGE AND REWARD THE HERO IN ANY KIND OF WAY OR THE HERO ITSELF MUST NOT HAVE ANY EXTRA ABILITIES/SUBSKILLS ASIDE FROM THE INNATE ABILITY

MAIN CHALLENGE: MUST UTILIZE THE UNUSE HERO MODEL SECONDARY CHALLENGE: ONE OF HEROS ABILITY MUST BE AT LEAST SIMILAR WITH HIS ORIGINAL SPELL IN THE WARCRAFT OR ONE OF HEROS ABILITY MUST BE ORIGINALLY NEW AND THE CONCEPT IS UNUSED YET IN DOTA SECONDARY CHALLENGE DESCRIPTION: MUST BE AT LEAST SIMILAR = IF THE ORIGINAL HERO HAVE THIS ARMOR REDUCTION ABILITY, YOUR NEW CRAFTED HERO MUST HAVE THE SAME ARMOR REDUCTION CONCEPT TOO, APPLIED IN ONE OF HIS/HER SPELL. DESPITE BEING THAT WAY, YOU ARE ADVISED TO BE CREATIVE AND THINKIN OUTSIDE THE BOX TO GAIN LOTS OF POINTS AND TO MAKE THE WHOLE HERO IDEA INTERESTING TO READ/REVIEW. MUST BE ORIGINALLY NEW = THIS IS QUITE EASY. APPLIED ONE OF THE ORIGINAL CONCEPT THAT IS NOT YET IMPLEMENTED IN DOTA AND YOU GOT IT. LOOK FOR SOMETHING THAT APPEALING AND MAYBE SOMETHING THAT SEEMS WRONG IN THAT HERO IDEA IN ORDER TO MARK IT. 5 HERO IDEAS THAT HAVE HIGHEST SCORE AND APPROVAL FROM THE HOST AND ALSO ACCOMPLISHING BOTH THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CHALLENGE WILL CONTINUE ON THE FINALE ROUND. MAX MARK FOR THIS ROUND IS 50. FINALE ROUND: JUDGES ARE ADVISED TO GIVE DETAILED REVIEWS ABOUT THE RESPECTED HERO IDEA. BASICALLY THEY MUST STATED WHY THEY LIKE THE HERO IDEA AND WHAT THEY DONT LIKE ABOUT IT. DISCUSS HOW WELL THE CHALLENGE ARE BEIND DONE IN THIS HERO IDEA, HOW WELL THIS HERO GONNA DO IN CURRENT METAGAME, HOW COHERENT THE SPELL WORKS WITH EACH OTHER, THE SYNERGIES, COSMETIC, OVERALL APPEARANCE AND SO ON, AS LONG AS IT IS MAKE SENSE. AFTER THAT EVALUATION, JUDGES ARE RECOMMENDED TO GIVE MARK UP TO 100 BASED ON WHAT THEY THINK THE HERO IDEA DESERVED TO GET. JUDGES ARE WARNED NOT TO INVOLVE PERSONAL EMOTIONS WHILE JUDGING THIS CONTEST AS IT MIGHT AFFECT THE WHOLE EVALUATION A LIL BIT. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

ONE PERSON CANNOT ENTER MORE THAN TWO SUGGESTIONS AND PLEASE USE A TEMPLATE FOR YOUR HERO IDEA. THIS CONTEST ONLY ACCEPTING MAXIMUM NUMBERS OF 15 PARTICIPANTS. AFTER THAT, 5 HERO IDEAS THAT ARE WELL-EXECUTED WILL BE CHOSEN FOR THE FINALE ROUND. ANOTHER JUDGING SESSION WILL BEGIN AND HOPEFULLY THE WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON.
