The Conpany has trained all personnel with access to CPNI as to the identification of CPNI and when CPNI may be used and has an express disciplinary proaess in place for any irrproper use of CPNI. The Company has not used CPM in any sales or marketing carryaign.

No outbound sales and rnarketing campaign can be conducted without management approval and any such catpaignwould require supervisory review to assure corrpliance with the CPNI rules.
