VP OF ICX/OGX OPERATION
The Vice President (VP) of OGX/ICX Operations is the executive in charge of strategy for this organization. The VP of operations helps design a winning strategy of exchange operation for this organization, oversees the directors and managers as they carry out the plan, measures the results of the strategy, and reports them to President. Setting Strategy Although LCP is ultimately responsible for making all the organization's major strategic decisions, the VP of OGX/ICX Operations functions as the president's top strategic adviser for exchange program. The VP of operations is expected to nd new areas for growth and improvement for each AIESEC Exchange Program in accordance with the overall organization strategy. He/She is expected to meet with LCP on a regular basis and make suggestions for improvements or new directions. He/She is also expected to make sure the managers have a clear reporting system to ensure information ow. Implementing Strategy The VP of OGX/ICX Operations acts as an intermediary between the organization's top executives and the managers or directors of the different divisions. Big-picture strategic goals are set at the executive level but not always translated effectively to the divisional level to become the new reality of how the organization does business. The VP of OGX/ICX Operations is in charge of making sure the broad strategic vision of the executives is communicated accurately and effectively to the directors and managers, and making sure they implement it. Maintaining Accountability The VP of OGX/ICX Operations holds general managers accountable to the executive strategic plan by setting clearly dened goals for each exchange program and then measuring the results against the goals. This can sometimes involve overcoming resistance from the directors, the managers and the members they supervise, especially when a new organization strategy involves a change in the traditional role of a division or department. For example, if the organization decides to have the sales department handle certain aspects of customer service when they have never been asked to do so before, the VP of OGX/ICX Operations may have to handle resistance from the sales managers. Becoming a VP of Operations Vice presidents of OGX/ICX Operations must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to motivate members. They also should be able to maintain strong working relationships with other staff and partners. Vice presidents also must be creative to plan and accomplish a variety of goals and be results-oriented. In addition, these professionals should have strong analytical and mathematical skills. They additionally must have strong administrative, management and personnel recruitment skills. Vice presidents of OGX/ICX Operations must be able to use computer and ofce equipment and be open to traveling as well as working long hours, which might include evenings and weekends. They additionally must be adaptable to change.

VP OF COMMUNICATION & PR
The Vice President of Communications and Public Relations will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive internal and external communication and public relations strategies to support overall business objectives and give the report to LCP. Setting Strategy This is a hands-on role, which will require the incumbent to leverage a thorough understanding of organization strategy in order to develop and execute communications and public relations programs/campaigns for all audiences and stakeholders, including member, alumni, BoA and other key stakeholders. S/he will be responsible for leading an array of core communications activities including executive communications, public and media relations, crisis communications and member communications. The ideal candidate is a senior-level communications executive with proven experience working closely with executive leadership teams to develop communications and P.R. programs to enhance organizations perceptions and awareness among key audiences and member engagement. Becoming a VP of Communication & Public Relation Responsibilities: ! Collaborate with organization leaders on the denition of stakeholders and identication of key messages for key audiences. ! Work closely with Marketing to develop public relations programs that will support and complement marketing campaigns, ! Work closely with HR to develop strategies to communicate with a highly distributed global workforce in order to enhance member engagement. ! Support the functional related on the development of marketing collateral and business development activities that are consistent with organization communications objectives. ! Provide leadership on the development and distribution of written, oral and electronic communication in order to deliver the organization story to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders utilizing presentations, announcements, newsletters, speeches, meetings, town halls, webcasts and website as well as through proactive media relations ! Handle highly sensitive, condential organization communications, initiatives and/or projects and advise Executive Board on associated communication strategy and issues. Lead and manage communication strategy and execution during crises. ! Identify opportunities to communicate about the organizations values including its commitment to communities and social responsibility. ! Create tools that measure and monitor the effectiveness of communications initiatives. Develop and direct methodology to facilitate information sharing among all the members.

VP OF FINANCE AND GOVERNANCE


The VP of Finance and Governance is one of the highest-ranking executives in this organization. All the Executive Board are responsible for the guidance and management of this organization, with the vice president of nance focusing on matters related to money and the organization's budget, with duties related to oversight of these areas, and give the report to LCP. Becoming a VP of Finance & Governance ! Leadership Vice presidents of nance are responsible for general leadership related to the nancial mission of this organization. This can include the setting of tasks, the motivation of members and the denition and clarication of goals, as well as day-to-day operations such as the hiring and supervision of members. Vice presidents of nance are expected to work closely with other Executive Board in this organization. ! Monitoring Vice presidents of nance are also expected to monitor the nancial health of the organization, including keeping careful tabs on its regular transactions, investments and any business deals that affect the bottom line. They should also be well-versed in the organization's nancial statements, as well as in the internal budget. ! Financial Reporting Vice presidents of nance are also responsible for composing and issuing the nancial reports given out by the organization to our stakeholders. Many of these documents require that one or more top-ranking executives sign their names, testifying to its accuracy. ! Auditing As part of the monitoring of the organization's nances, vice presidents of nance must conduct regular audits of expenditures, assets and liabilities, making sure the recorded gures are veriable and accurate. ! Planning One of the more amorphous duties of the vice president of nance is planning for the organization's nancial future. This can take various forms, including drawing up short- and long-term plans, as well as coordinating with other top executives about the organization's direction. ! Risk Management Although some organizations have executives dedicated to risk management, it is the vice president of nance who is generally responsible for oversight of the risks the organization is taking. This can include outlining possible nancial risks and weighing the comparative benet of certain potential courses of action. ! Build External Relationships Vice presidents of nance, by virtue of being one of the top executives, are expected to represent the organization and build outside relationships with stakeholders with a nancial interest in the organization's health. These can include banks, stockholders and members of the community. ! Fundraising When an organization, be it a business or a not-for-prot enterprise, needs additional capital, it is generally the vice president of nance who will supervise the raising of funds. This can include working out methods of attracting investors or donations and deciding how the money will be spent.

VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES
The Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) will have overall responsibility for the Human Resources function reporting directly to the President. It will require an individual of immense passion, ability and organizational skill to make human resources a competitive advantage that can be relied on by the executive team.! The VP HR will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing HR services and programs that are aligned with functional business strategies. The VP HR will be able to maintain a strategic and high-level perspective of this organization and functional objective and be able to swoop into areas that need more tactical assistance.! The individual who succeeds in this position is one who will quickly assess areas that need improvement and prioritize issues to be addressed.! Many of the executives in the rm are traveling extensively; this individual must be adept at communicating with remote teams via written and oral means.! This individual must be capable of driving change, asking tough questions and implementing new strategies. Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities ! Lead the development and execution of the Human Resources strategic plan and shorter term plans and initiatives to support the business strategies and promote a unied organization culture. ! Manage the common processes and day-to-day operations of Human Resources. Key initial requirements include: Develop an annual performance review process, including training for supervisors. Develop and implement a succession planning process for key positions throughout the organization. Create and implement recruitment and selection processes (requisition approval, interview techniques, assessments, reference checks, extending offers, tracking applicants, etc.) Identify gaps in training programs and develop programs that meet the needs of management and members. ! Work with Executive Board to develop effective internal communications (between and among management and members) to promote morale and achieve organization-wide goals. ! Provide leadership to the HR team and build organizational capability and effectiveness.! Ensure a strong focus on internal customer satisfaction. ! Provide HR advice and counsel to Executive Board on HR issues. ! Accurately diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement them ! Ensure compliance and maintain a thorough knowledge in exchange program. ! Lead or oversee support to the LCP related to executive compensation and benets and organization-wide talent management/succession planning. ! Lead or oversee teams working with HR on various People initiatives. ! Promote quality, safety and security in all HR activities.

DIRECTOR OF EXTERNAL RELATIONS


Director of External Relations is a job category that encompasses everything from public relations to marketing to community advocacy to fundraising and lobbying. The director of external relations for an organization is a company's link to its customers or constituents, requiring strong communication, leadership and diplomacy skills. While the director of external relations won't deal with internal communications, such as company newsletters or memos, she will work with external communication and public relations efforts. This can include media relations work with local and national reporters, annual reports, company advertising and marketing campaigns, and customer communications. A director of external relations always presents the best face of the organization it represents to the community. Community relations, then, means working with inuential gures to promote a positive view of the organization, working with unhappy customers to resolve issues or misunderstandings, and working with grassroots supporters to create strong relationships throughout the community.

Basics Director of External Relation are tasked with promoting the public image of an organization and advancing its nancial sustainability. Organizations that are more heavily affected by government regulations may spend more time liaising with government ofcials, while others may focus more on fund raising or enhancing public awareness of the organization. Duties Specic job duties may vary by position level; however, external relation professionals are typically tasked with creating and implementing public relations, marketing and/or communications strategies; developing fund raising plans; department budgeting; building and fostering relationships with constituents; and enhancing the organization's public image and brand. Within the area of government relations, tasks may include acting as the government liaison, working with the executive team to develop the organization's legislative priorities and monitoring current legislation and government regulations. Fund raising tasks may include organizing fund raising events, direct mail campaigns, corporate donations and major gifts. Communications and marketing tasks may include overseeing the design of marketing materials such as brochures and advertising campaigns.

He/she responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity growth of Outgoing Global Community Development Program/Global Internship program. It will require an individual who understand about the essence of outgoing exchange program and also understand about process about the program itself. Responsibility: Supply and Demand Program Management Track, analyze and report program performance in the country and on the global level Do Supply & Demand Analysis: DAAL le analysis, other countrys best case practice understanding, Indonesias market reality analysis to initiate strategy to ensure Exchange growth Sub-product Development Together with Director of Brand & Marketing, doing university and student market research and analysis to dene the most possible sub-product for oGIP and oGCDP programs in each university in Makassar AIESEC Country analysis to partner with possible incoming GIP pool based on our sub-product and university timeline Exchange Fair and Campaign Management Ensuring the alignment of peak timeline with LCs GIP Fair or Global Youth Feast preparation and implementation and university timeline (graduation timeline or beginning semester). Ensuring the growth of non-peak promotion through specic Sub-Product Campaign together with VP IM&PR, Director of ER, and Director of Brand & Marketing to alumni, specic courses graduates, and university recent graduates. International Relations (IR) Managing and promoting international corporations: Identify Key Countries, set partnerships Working on overall AIESEC in Indonesia & LC Branding within the International Network through program. Reverse Raising building for specic GIP Promotion Ensure National representation and promotion through virtual platforms and international conferences. oGIP Marketing, Brand, and Positioning Together with Director Brand & Marketing in doing management and evolution of AIESEC programs; Research about the programs and its relevance in universities and student market Together with Director Brand & Marketing nding the right strategy that can ensure the vitality of our oGIP programs within our alumni, universities, and student markets through National Campaign or media. DIRECTOR OF BRAND & MARKETING OUTGOING EXCHANGE PROGRAM


The Director of Brand & Marketing OGX Program is responsible to develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand growth of OGX GCDP and also OGX GIP. This position is responsible for increasing target consumer awareness of the Brand, as well as increasing market share through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

Responsibilities and Skills; ! ! ! ! ! Act as an authority and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touch points, both external and internal. Develop and execute the Brand strategy. Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR. Lead the creative development of quarterly brand themes that convey the brand point-of-view, and business targets for the quarter. Employ a variety of communications tools: print advertising, public relations, visual merchandising, direct marketing, strategic partnerships, events marketing, on-line, viral marketing, cause-related, local/community initiatives. Working closely with the organizations Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations. Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team. Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team. Work closely with product management team to dene marketing materials and programs. Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition. Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends Develop a strong integrated marketing team. Ensure best practices in the development of marketing programs including the writing and sharing of strong creative briefs that will result in creative communications that are on strategy, on brand, and on deadline. DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING INCOMING EXCHANGE PROGRAM


Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for establishing and directing the marketing and sales activities of this organization including advertising and public relations. These activities affect the direction and goals of business.

Responsibility: Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve organization objectives for iGCDP adhoc and project. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets. Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share. Achieves satisfactory prot/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends. Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets. Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry inuencers and key strategic partners. Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to VP Operation ICX. Establishes and maintains a consistent organization image throughout iGCDP adhoc and project lines, promotional materials, and events. Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Directs stafng, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs. Represents organization at external event to promote iGCDP Project or adhoc. Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. Directs product research and development.
