The company deals with offering consultation and supporting Vietnamese students to study abroad. The name GEE was also chosen to show our vision of "New GenerationNew Education-New Energy" which implies to create new energy for the new generation in Vietnam through new education offered by overseas educational institutions. Global Education Exchange Ltd. was established in early 2004 by seven founders and managed by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quynh, covering all the emerging market such as the US, UK, France, Singapore, etc. Among few recruiting companies who realize the potentials of education in Malaysia, GEE was the first agent in Northern of Vietnam who worked closely with Malaysia Education Attache in Vietnam, Mr. Azhar Mohd Salleh and the Embassy of Malaysia to propaganda and promote Malaysia education in cities from the North to Central of Vietnam in the years 2004 and 2005. The year 2005 marked the important change of GEE towards more effective and focused operation. The company was then renamed into GEE Joint Stock Company to stress the brand name that had by then become popular in Vietnam. The BOD also decided to put more emphasis on education in Malaysia.

GEE remarked its re-fresh presence by a roadshow in Quang Ninh Province with the participation of H.E. Ambassador of Malaysia to Vietnam, Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Peoples Committee, representatives from Quang Ninh Education and Training Department and other relevant Departments there. More importantly, the roadshow was successfully concluded, as appreciated by H.E Ambassador, by the participation of nearly 800 teachers, parents and students of Quang Ninh. GEE now has become the popular and dependable advisor for parents and students who wish to pursue tertiary study in Malaysia. FOUNDING MEMBERS Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quynh (Mrs.): Managing Director Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quynh did her Master of Applied Linguistics at the University of Melbourne in Australia and currently is a lecturer at the Vietnam National University. Quynh also previously studied at the National University of Singapore and traveled to many countries in the world. She has therefore obtained good grasp of different education systems worldwide. Besides, she has taken part in some education projects with UNESCO Hanoi, Singapore International Foundation, and VNU to improve the quality of education in Vietnam. Her leadership and organizational skills has contributed greatly to the strategic and successful development of her company. Nguyen Le Thanh (Mrs.): Deputy Managing Director Mrs. Nguyen Le Thanh did her Master of Economic Policy Management at Columbia University, one of the top ten universities in the United States and in the world. Thanh is among the selective Vietnamese students who were offered a renwal internship at the World Bank in Washington D.C. Thanh also experienced the associate with the Institute of Southeast Asian Study in Singapore. Thanh profoundly understands the educational systems in the world thanks to her own studying and working experience in different countries. She has also gained experience in consultation services to students and has helped a lot of students to get admitted to overseas universities. Phan Hong Giang(Mrs.): Deputy Managing Director Mrs. Phan Hong Giang did her Master of Sociology at Hanoi University of Social Science and Humanities, Vietnam National University. As one of the most outstanding students, Giang has been honorably invited to become a lecturer at the above-mentioned Vietnams top University. Giang attains

wide networking and rich experience in public interaction and consultation thanks to her long working period as the senior advisor for many community and education development projects. Before joining GEE, she successful advised many students for oversea study, thus was trusted and appreciated by their parents. Bui Xuan Tan (Mr.): Marketing Communications Manager Mr. Bui Xuan Tan graduated from Hanoi Foreign Trade University, one of the best universities in Vietnam and did his MBA at Deakin University, Australia. He has worked for Global One Communications for 5 years in which 2 years he was in the position of Chief Representative in Vietnam. He has also successfully set up his own company named Mark&B to provide graphic design and advertising communications services in Vietnam. Inspired by his beloved wife, Quynh, he has decided to give a hand to the development of GEE.

OUR SERVICES Regarding students, with the motto of knowledge, professionalism and dedication, GEE has done utmost to bridge Vietnamese students towards a new horizon of advanced knowledge and intelligence.
