&his study has 8een conducted with a focused ultimate goal of determining the customer satisfaction towards different apartments of Bangladesh Development Company Ltd# D a renowned real estate and apartment developing company in Bangladesh# At the 8egining of the study a thorough review of literature was conducted# Based on the findings of literature customer satisfaction varia8les 'Branding Product Cuality Product Design Pricing Customer Service Commitment Convenience Process and Information Sharing ( were considered to prepare a =uestionnaire to determine the customer satisfaction# &o conduct this descriptive study 3, respondents 'Apartment69lat owners who have 8ought their properies from Bangladesh Development Company Ltd( were 8een interviewd with a structured =uestionnaire# In analy*ing the data for this study simple pie chart is used for easy construction analysis# &he study finds that towards some varia8les li"e pricing =uality of raw materials commitment of delivering apartments in time commitments for ensuring utility supply promotion policy E customers are either disssatisfied or not satiesfied as most of the repondents have responsed in =uestionnaire# :hile in cases of other varia8les li"e 8rand name design of the apartment customer service location convenience payment process and information sharing D customers are satisfied according to the data analysis# 9inally some recommendations are provided on the 8asis of findings#
