How to make IDLI

Getting ready: 1 2 3 Plug-in IDLI Steamer Pour Water up to Sensor. switch on Mains and Heaters

Making Idli: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Take Idli Trays grease it with oil Put finely chopped tomato, capsicum and green peas put idli batter and let it steam for 17mins After idli is steamed take out trays from steamer and let it cool for 2 mins take out idli with the help of fine knife and keep it in casserole.

To make 1 plate Idli : 1 2 3 4 5 6 Take a 450ml Aluminium Container Put 2 Idlis. Put Coconut Chutney 50 gms and Green Chutney 10 gms Ask for Sambar If said so then put sambar in 450 ml container and serve if ask for separate sambar the give 200 ml sambar in 250 ml plastic container with lids on.
