The FPLP HT patented unbonded fiber design offers: Suitability for temperature excursions for up to 500 hours at 93C (200F) over the life of the product. The most flexible high pressure composite linepipe. High impact resistance during installation. No axial elongation when pressurized. Suitability for up to 25% aromatic and cycloalkane content (by volume).

Project Snapshots 1 An Australian based energy producer chose FPLP

HT as their high temperature, corrosion resistant pipeline solution: 17,720 ft (5400 m) of 3 FPLP HT installed by plowing. Maximum operating temperature: 176F (80C) The client was extremely pleased with how quickly the pipeline was installed and with the narrow right-of-way (ROW) cleared for the installation process and was quoted as saying that they had never seen such a clean install. The client experienced issues with its previous pipeline options; fiberglass lines were susceptible to bruising and steel coating often chipped during installation. FPLP HT offered a corrosion resistant and robust solution increasing the reliability and lifespan of the pipeline system.

2 A major oil and gas producer active in the Rocky

Mountains chose FPLP HT for oil and gas gathering lines in the Uinta Basin: 5400 ft (1645 m) of 2 and 4 FPLP HT installed. Maximum operating temperature: 160F (71C) at the wellhead. Eliminated the requirement for cooling systems saving the client up to $10,000 per well. The three 1800 foot lines were installed in less than 4 hours despite the wet, spring conditions.
