University of Stanford Dear Mr. Tommy Koh, The intention of this letter is to seek admission to the Master Degree Program in Financial Management, which is hosted by the School of Business at the University of Stanford. I am currently starting my first semester at the University of Boston looking forward to specializing in Actuarial. My dedication and passion for looking a better future for myself have strongly influenced my decision to gain admission in this graduate program. My main goal is to gain knowledge about the risks of having an investment in the stock market. Since your MBA graduate program is one of the best in the United States, it would really help me get an overview of how to manage these risks. Although right now I am currently lacking of skills in the field of Finances, my IB Diploma gives me a more advanced perspective of the economical factors surrounding the finances in a corporative and government environment. Despite my inexperience in my graduate program, I hope that my studies in my undergraduate program taken at the IB, added to my passion and dedication for the field of Finance, will make me a candidate for your graduate program. For your reference, I have also attached my resume. Do contact me if you need any additional information. I hope to hear from you son regarding my application. Thank you for considering my application. Yours Sincerely David Oviedo
