All training materials are the sole creation and property of Pastor Michael Dennis. Although public domain songs are included in these training materials, other song references are the property rights of their perspective artist/composers. All diagrams and musical training illustrations are the one hundred percent rights of Pastor Michael Dennis. Agreement made this ___ day of ____________, Year _______, by and between _________________ Student, and _______________________Pastor Michael Dennis, hereinafter referred to as the "Musical Training Instructor/Training materials owner" for the purpose of receiving music lessons by mail & Email. TERMS AND CONDITIONS I, ___________________________, hereby accept all conditions, rules, and regulations as described in this agreement in regards to the private use of musical training materials as provided by Pastor Michael Dennis. I understand that Pastor Michael Dennis musical training materials are not presently classified as products for public sales or distribution, but are used strictly for private musical training purposes. In good faith, I will exercise discretion to assure than no portion of PaSTOR Ds materials is exposed, copied, or shared with anyone without prior permission of Pastor Michael Dennis. I understand that I am only permitted to use such materials only as an active long-term pupil of Excellence Private Training under the instructions of Pastor Michael Dennis. Students are considered long-term when their initial intentions are to train under Pastor Michael Dennis for a period of at least 12 months. I understand that, though I may periodically pay a small fee for new materials, lesson materials are not considered payments for the actual value of such materials.

Enrollment status must be approved before lessons official starts!

Computer, email, flash/USB/Thumb drive, SD Card, Tablet PC, Digital voice recorder, CD/DVD recorder, floppy disk, CDs. DVDs, and all fixed sound recordings)

You are not permitted to Visually exposed training materials others without permission Electronically copied any portion of these training materials without permission Scan any portion of these training materials without permission Email any portion of these training materials to anyone without permission Load any portion of these training materials onto another computer that is not the primary computer you use for viewing lesson information Alter manually, any part of a musical training document without permission

Every precaution must be taken to secure these training materials from exposure to any potential to be stolen
