Powerful 0Hz Domain Sensorless Vector Control Mode. (Hitachi Patent Technology)
Provides 150% torque to the motor at 0 Hz motor frequency using special control algorithm in the drive. Provides robust holding torque capability to the motor at 0 speed ideal for hoists, cranes, elevators etc.

DC Braking
SJ700 series drives provide DC braking capabilities to the motor during stopping and starting. The drive provides additional stopping torque to the motor in addition to the normal torque during deceleration.
Dynamic Braking
SJ700 series drives provide capability to connect external braking resistor to allow excess DC bus energy to be dissipated through this external resistor in the form of heat. This function allow the VFD to quickly stop motor with full load without getting over voltage trip. This is function require where motor should stop in desire time and heavy inertia load on motor shaft.
Maximum Flexibility
EZ-SEQ Sequence Programming
SJ700 series drives provide capability to program sequence logic directly in the drive without n e e d i n g external PLC (in some cases) and replacing external relay logic. Capability to program up to 1024 sequence steps in the drive (6 Kbyte of program). Supports program control (loop), arithmetic, logic, comparison instruction sets etc. Capability to change drive parameters, access drive I/O and be able to actuate output directly from the sequence program.
The SJ700 controls deceleration time so that the DC Bus voltage does not exceed the over-voltage trip level, providing trip-less operation during deceleration.
