Dr. Kali Mohan Bhattacharya

Dr. K.M. Bhattacharya is Senior Vice President of Systems and Applications for CBSPL. He is responsible for the development, support, and operation of all of the companys mission critical financial, human resources, and time reporting systems. His areas of focus include CBSPLs Oracle Enterprise Management Suite, The Human Resource Management System, the companys data warehouse, and other parts of the companys software portfolio that support CBSPL as an ongoing enterprise. He has 41 years expertise serving Indian and Foreign companies from diversified industries.

Dr. Deb Kumar Goswami


Dr. Debkumar Goswami, a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and MBA, has a wealth of experience spanning four decades across the FMCG, Retail, Chemical and related industries. His core expertise is in to Accounting, Market Research, International marketing & Strategy development. Mr. Goswami brings more than 15 years of accounting and finance expertise to CBSPL. He is responsible for CBSPLs leadership and coordination of company financial planning and analysis, global real estate, pricing and Business Insights functions. He has been a guest faculty at several IIMs and regularly contributes articles to leading dailies.

MANAGEMENT
Dr. Satish Chandra Kulhari
Dr. Satish Chandra Kulhari is an astute academician and a multi-faceted professional. A Doctorate in Management from University of Rajasthan, Dr. Kulhari completed his M.Tech in Computer Science & Data Processing from IIT Kharagpur and MBA from Andhra University. He also holds Post Graduate degree in Computer Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. After having served in the Indian Navy for twenty years, Dr. Satish was appointed Director at the Seedling Management College, Jaipur National University. As general counsel and corporate secretary of CBSPL, Mr. Kulhari brings more than 10 years of legal expertise and counsel to CBSPL. He is responsible for the companys legal affairs, including negotiating contracts, overseeing labor and employment matters and coordinating compliance activities.

Pankaj Bhansali
Mr. Pankaj Bhansali is responsible for driving the companys strategic and corporate initiatives globally and evolving the companys business model towards achieving the long term growth, profitability and industry leadership of the organisation. He is also responsible for all strategic financial activities including business planning, forecasting and analysis, management systems & international business. Prior to joining the company, he has worked with Religare as Chief Operating Officer where he had more than 7 years of working experience on important assignments including the international and lending business. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 17 years of extensive experience in Capital markets & financial services.

Arun Poddar
Mr Arun Poddar acts as a fuel for the CBSPL engine. As a young & dynamic team leader, Mr. Arun has been in the profession since 2009. He is responsible for leading CBSPLs global operations and ensuring the successful execution of business process outsource (BPO) and contact center performance across all of our sites. His current obsession is dealing with the Indian and global clients; catering to the growing consulting, business and knowledge process needs of todays business being set up by the global based corporations in India and vice versa, and offering them distinct benefit of specialised knowledge based services on account of his qualification & exposure, along with great capabilities in administration of the work.

MANAGEMENT
Monesh Jain
Mr. Monesh is responsible for Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, and New Market Development for CBSPLs BPO and KPO business across U.S., U.K and Asia. He also has experience of running contact centres for captive and third party Business Process Outsourcing centres. He is responsible for overseeing CBSPLs strategic planning for global sales and business development. He also contributes to the development of CBSPLs overall business strategy and leads worldwide client initiatives. With a successful record in leading sales programs on a global scale, Mr. Monesh brings a keen sense of strategic planning, revenue growth and client relationship management to CBSPL.

Yogesh Jadhav
Mr.Yogesh Jadhav has done MS Computers and Information Security with Management studies from London and a graduate in BE Computers from Mumbai University. His ability to make prompt decisions; business acumen and dynamic personality makes him the perfect leader. Mr.Yogesh focuses on both onshore and offshore delivery across verticals and geographies. A pleasant and soft spoken professional he has played a key, multifaceted role in ensuring that CBSPLs plans come to fruition. He brings along profound experience in the field of IT and business process outsourcing industries.

Ashish Chaudhary
Being from Management background, he has good exposure in international experience including handling top managerial, diplomatic and human resource development related assignments such as payroll services. He is responsible for overseeing CBSPLs global human resources initiatives, including talent acquisition, staffing, and organization design, payroll processing, training and compensation/benefits across its locations, worldwide.

CBSPL helped a leading telecommunications company assess ecosystem support extended by different stakeholders and worked with the client to design and set up a remote, selfverification testing service for application developers. This allowed the client to design key initiatives that improved developer experiences. ICICI wanted to increase its share of the fiercely competitive market for online insurance products by driving more customers from product landing pages to the online application process for Internet products such as mortgage and loan. CBSPL conducted a workshop with ICICI to introduce the Digital Optimization engine that resulted in unexpected conversion rates.
