key --> khalafat or califate [ islamic way to rule over muslim world or community ] will only be re-implemented by prophet Jesus [hazarat Issa ] PBUH only when he [ Jesus [hazarat Issa ] PBUH ] will come back to this earth again from 2nd sky , and no one else have the right and authority which will be given by Allah Allmighty or GOD to re-implement khalafat or califate [ islamic way to rule over muslim world or community ] in muslim world , and muslim belive that prophet Jesus [hazarat Issa ] PBUH is still alive in 2nd sky . 1) To do the zulm(zulm mean Attemp un-justices and terrorism and killing to any one or a group of people either they are muslim or non-muslim) is the act of Non-muslim. 2) If the Mr.A is doing zulm on Mr.B then , if Mr.B happely sustain the zulm over him or her self its mean Mr.B attemp to do the act of non-muslim and mr.B becoe non-muslim at that state as well as Mr.A also become a non-mulim at that state. 3) The state of hope-less-ness on any muslim , make that muslim a non-muslim a that state. 4) The extreme condition of the state of hope-less-ness (which make any muslim a nonmuslim) is the sucide (act to kill him/her self ), which result is to take any muslim in the state of non-muslim which put that human inside hell forever . example : sucide-attack . 5) For musim , do not divide into groups which is the sign of punishment from Allh on muslim nation. 6) Jihad means struggle (i see this in dr.zakir nike lecture on peace tv) , example if i do jihad in education , its mean i do struggle to pass my education exam. 7) What is islam (Islamic-state) is determined dy the ruling time of prophet Mohammad [PBUH] ruling period , our prophet Mohammad [PBUH] never hurt any single living thing including human in his khalafat period. 8) prophet Mohammad [PBUH] is not a shia,sunni and any other sub-branches of to day muslim world , but prophet Mohammad [PBUH] is a muslim only. 9) In the last khutba [address] of prophet Mohammad [PBUH] , prophet Mohammad [PBUH] said in Hadees Sahi Bukhari No 644 prophet Mohammad [PBUH] said to muslim, After my death never become non-muslim by killing human i see in dr tahair ul qaari talk show.
