A serious jazz artist who takes the whole enterprise to another level - The New York Times The Tierney Sutton Band is celebrating its fourth consecutive Grammy Nomination for Best Vocal Jazz Album.
Journey first to Turinas Spain, then to early 19th century Vienna, and finally arrive in Paris, with the sumptuous Piano Quartet by Faur. This intimate, afternoon concert features long-time friends and colleagues Laurie Carney, violin; Daniel Avshalomov, viola; William Grubb, cello; Shirley Irek, piano; and Linda Chesis, flute.

The Festivals annual celebration of the flute features Guo-Liang Han of the China National Symphony Orchestra. Also scheduled to perform are Henrik Wiese of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, the extraordinary Linda Chesis, and the New York Summer Music Festival International Flute Institute.
