These past papers are FREELY and EASILY available on the world wide web. No one is forcing you to buy
this nor coercing you in any way. We value being organized and our free time. This material which has
been prepared by us for you will help you be more organized and save on precious time. The initial goal
was to make all the materials freely available on the internet for all students irrespective of their gender,
social status and beliefs. By making it free, we would have been able to reach and help only a small
number of students but it would make the latters not realize the value and hardworks associated with
these materials. By making these materials available against a price would make the students take the
materials more seriously and work these questions to help themselves have better results for their
examinations. Nevertheless if you are a needy student and cannot afford to buy our materials, kindly
contact us and we will do the necessary to try to help you as far as we can.
We are human beings who err and make mistake but we do not want to be punish and we seek to be
forgiven. For all our mistakes and errors we have made, we seek a way to be forgiven by THE CREATOR
by doing something useful and worthwhile. From the Holy Scriptures, we have come to realize that the
best of human are those who are the most useful and helpful to the rest of humanity. We have learned
that the best of us are those who enjoin others in doing good and forbid others in evil. We do not claim
to be the best but we want to be good and do acts through which we will be forgiven. After reflection
and meditation, we have concluded that the best way to help others is not to give them a fish but teach
them how to fish. In the modern era we live, to get any work for a living we need to be educated and
have some kind of certificates, diplomas and degrees. We seek to help those students who seek to climb
the social ladder by working hard in their studies, get good result and thereby putting the chance on
their side for a good paying work. We are blessed to be living in this age and time where technology is
facilitating our lives, and we ought to make use of technology in most aspects of our lives. With the
internet and new technologies, the way that we seek knowledge, the way that we learn and teach
should evolve and attain a new dimension.
We believe that there is only one deity worthy of worship and when we shall write the name in capital
letters. From the Holy Scriptures that we have examined, we believed that there is only ONE LORD, who
is THE SATISFIER OF ALL NEEDS, THE GOVERNER, THE KING OF THE UNIVERSE, THE ORIGINATOR, THE
OWNER OF ALL, THE MOST MERCIFUL AND MOST FORGIVING. We are doing what we are doing to fulfill
our purpose of our creation, which is to worship THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE, to earn his pleasure
and forgiveness so that we are amongst the saved one on the final day.
We want that there is Peace, Justice and Liberty for all, social justice prevails as well as logical thinking
and the need to keep searching for knowledge to improve our lives and the lives of others. We
understand that it is only through education that we can make the change that we want. With the funds
that we shall receive, we will dedicate a portion of it to help others who do not have the financial
means but who have been intellectually blessed to seek knowledge and benefit both in this world and
in the hereafter. We want to help others so as to help ourselves to be saved on the day where THE
JUDGE who is THE INSPIRER OF FAITH will be angry and judge his creations. We sincerely pray that THE
WATCHFUL ONE who is UNIQUE give all of us the best of this world and the best in the hereafter.

11 A college offers courses which students access on-line. Students logon on to the courses
from their own homes.
(a) In order to enroll on a course a student needs to complete an on-line application form
which includes the students name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and the
course name. Design a screen input form for this enrolment.
[4]
(b) When the on-line students are studying a topic, they answer questions by typing their
answers into a box. For example:
Question:
