Samantha Johnston reiterate what Philip said, general appreciate the effort invested to come to agreement, virtually impossible to find CWCH parents who agrees with this agreement talented group of attorneys, et. goal should be aligned between board and parents climate of community and good of school Jennifer Deines (CWCH Parent) writing letter to Mr. Minney may recall governing difficulties governance issues persist despite training on PRA and Brown Act concerns about posting, board meetings scheduled with urgent action scheduled for a time when parents cant join meeting attached attaching PRAs widespread parent concern offer follow up training Francesca McElhatten (Braddock ES parent) here at request of parents in NY letter to Tom Nichols and LAUSD Superintendent and Board and CWCLA Board understand there is a contemplated agreement 100% parent led grass roots agreement 700 strong letter to NY CWC Board, State senators, city council called for investigation misrepresented that a partnership had already been approved in LA licensing agreement in perpetuity, CMO services provided by independent contractor, sole membership unusual between two non profits, pitched before aware, no safeguards in place, CWC National, CWCLA and CWCNY in violation of public meeting laws, CWC National enforces non disclosure agreements on employees none of NDAs mentioned in charters. Demand not coming from schools but from National for the licensing agreement. Jennifer Deines (CWCH Parent) Extensive research on this, aware of how its rolled out, when papers submitted and bylaws went into effect, procedural missteps, go forward with this, solidifies intent, hidden intent, well documented, moral and fiduciary duty to Board and school hate to see anything go down thats uncomfortable for the board or school Board Discussion and Potential Action on Revised Licensing and Affiliation Agreement and/or side letter with Citizens of the World Charter Schools (CWCS Network). (ACTION ITEM) Item tabled pending further input/clarification from LAUSD on the proposed agreement and/or side letter. Board Discussion and Possible Action on Short Term Financing for Cash flow Purposes

Yvette King Berg moved to delegate authority to the Executive Director, working with board members Gene Straub and Craig Tessler, to seek a short term solution to the cash flow shortfall by 6/30. Heather McManus seconded the motion and it was approved unanimously. Adjournment
