on the workstations. Also worked closely with Bellsouth and their techs to install Interact’s 911
System in conjunction with Bellsouth’s phone system.
 Our suite of products require .NET framework installed and working properly for the suite to
function properly. I installed and troubleshooting issues that related with IIS and .NET framework
dependability.
 Worked with various clients troubleshooting various TCP/IP network inefficiencies and worked with
clients to optimize their IP network.
 Working with Northrop/Grumman in Baltimore on designing a country wide Emergency Response
system for a country in Africa. This project is projected over 20 billion dollars and includes our
suite of products on many cluster DELL PowerEdge, HP ProLiant servers. Our database is also
clustered on a DELL SAN (Storage Area Network) with replication throughout the network to many
subscribers of our data.
 Northrop/Grumman project provided SQL Server database design and implementation plan
related to the size and usage characteristics related to requirements defined for the Country of
Algeria’s needs
 Design database model for 20TB for Northrop’s database that included normalization, table
design, security design and indexing based on clients needs
 Solid mentoring experience in SQL 2000 and Windows 2003. Lead instructor teaching Algerians at
Northrop/Grumman in 20 day classes in SQL database design, clustering for fault-tolerance,
replicating databases with transactional and merge replication, database management, optimizing
sql server performance. Also 20 day classes in Windows 2003 focusing on networking, Active
Directory, clustering, load-balancing, overall performance and troubleshooting issues.
 Installed multiple DELL PowerEdge 2850/2950s with PowerVault 220s with fiber-channel Disk
Array. Installed Windows 2003 R2 in a cluster of multiple PowerEdge 2850/2950 and the
PowerVault as the NAS or SAN
 Worked with different project managers on multiple projects generating specific to-do lists based
on the client’s infrastructure needs that would work optimally with our suite of products. I.e. Design
new networks based on Cisco routers/switches/hubs, cabling requirements, backup solutions,

 Daily enterprise backup of 250+ web servers that included customer’s data that was live on the
server. Also, coordinated backup schedules and restore schedules if needed.
 Created, designed, implemented and managed the load-balancing web farm for Interland.COM. It
was highly-available and over a 2 year time averaged an up-time of over 99.999%.
 One of the founding 10 employees of Interland; we started with approximately 10 webservers, one
SQL server, 2 mail servers and 1 DNS server. When I left the company we had more than 750
web servers, 75+ SQL Servers, and more than 100 mail servers.
 Maintained N-tier application by managing the websites and web server infrastructure for
interland.com which was on a highly available load balancing configuration.
