The opening program held at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Sta. Mesa, Manila through the leadership of the SentralnaKonseho ng Mag-aaral(SKM) of PUP Main Campus and Regent Helen Claire Alfonso Student Regent of Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Solidarity messages followed. Message from Atty. EstelitaDela Rosa - VP for Administration, delivered by the Student Council President of Gen. Luna Campus; Message from Mr. Mark Louie Aquino 2nd nominee of Kabataan Party list delivered by student leader of PUP-Main; Message for Dr. Salvador VP for Academic Affairs delivered by the student leader of PUP-Sablayan; Message from Dr. Juan C. Birion VP for Student Services delivered by the student leader of PUP San Pedro Campus; Message from Dr. Joseph Mercado, Executive Director for Campuses delivered by our very own, Ms. Lara Marie M. Bueno, Student Leader of SSC, PUP-Quezon City and Message from the student regent delivered by himself, Regent Helen Claire Alfonso. For the forum and discussions, first topic discussed was all about the Political and Economic Situations of the Philippines wherein, the topics are population, minerals, energy sources, Agriculture and aquatic resources, rich biodiversity of the country. Educational issues, led by Ms. Sheryl AlapadExecutive Vice President of the NUSP (National Union of the Students of the Philippines), entitled: Educaation under Caution (The State of Philippine Education) wherein educational issues in the nation was discussed. Main subject of the discussion are: Education as a right; National Budget for Education; and the K+12 Education System. Different Leadership seminars also conducted about Mass Campaign and Planning, Public Speaking, On Table Battles and Negotiations, Basic Parliamentary Practice and Procedure, Guide & Propaganda Work and Finance Works. Administering Student Campaign and Advocacy attended by our SSC President, Ms. Lara Marie Bueno; On Table Battles and Negotiations Dialogue and Kalagayan ng ating Bayan (Critical look on Philippine economic and Political situation) attended by Internal Affairs, Ms. Maryclair T. Matusalem;Public Speaking and Basic Parliamentary Practice and Procedure & The Role of Student and Youth in Nation Building attended by Oliver Ryan, FroilanGuial and BradonTapan, COL Members.

After the activities, the SentralnaKonseho ng Mag-aaral(SKM) led the open forum and building of resolutions made through the presence of all Student Leader Presidents of Different campuses. Election of the new set of ANAK-PUP Officers follows, wherein, the new Student Regent, Ms. Ma. Alexi R. Tiotangco of College of Science and Social Development.
