– Evalution of Conjunctive Triple Pattern Queries over a P2P RDF Store
Individual project in Spring 2008 (Finished). Used multi-dimensional suffix trees for substring
selectivity estimation for optimizing conjunctive queries by storing statistics about the data on the
network on various nodes.
– Mining Facebook for Viral Marketing
Individual project in Winter 2008 (Finished). Investigating techniques to identify marketing /
advertising hotspots in social networks like Facebook.
– Mashup integrating Weather API, Google Calendar and Google Maps
Individual project in Fall 2007 (Finished). mashup implemented using Google Mashup Editor that
shows a user his calendar events on a map and also displays the weather forecast for the day of the
event.
