Rapid Dryer Operator Responsibilities

Loading and unloading of lots that are dried in RD ( through hoist) Cross checking of lots that is to be dried in RD Giving testing cones to R.F. Operator Cleaning rapid dryer area Checking of pipe lines for any leakage in the basement Lunch Hour Taking entry of lots that is to be dried in Production Register Total production calculation at the end of shift Break Down Register ( If Any) Moisture checking Helping in loading/unloading (In Case of urgecies) Cross checking of trolley & tappa which were cleaned by contt.person. Entry of R.D. Production in Log book
