Who is a VOTER for these Primaries?

Anyone who satisfies the following two requirements: 1. Is a registered voter of the concerned Lok Sabha 2. Is not a member of any other political party AND Satisfies at least ONE of the qualification criteria below, can be a voter for the INC Primaries.

Current MLAs, MLCs and MPs (exempted from requirement of registered voter in the concerned Lok Sabha) MLA, MLC and MP candidates of the last held elections Ex MLAs, Ex MLCs, Ex MPs, Ex Mayors and Ex Chairpersons of Zilla Parishad Current AICC/PCC Delegates and AICC/PCC Delegates of the preceding committee Current National Office Bearers of the AICC/Frontals (IYC, NSUI, Mahila Congress and Seva Dal) / Departments (SC, ST, OBC and Minority) Ex- National Office Bearers of the AICC/Frontals (IYC, NSUI, Mahila Congress and Seva Dal) Current PCC Office Bearers and Mahila Congress, Seva Dal and Departments (SC, ST, OBC, Minority) State Office Bearers Current Office Bearers of DCC and Presidents of BCC Office Bearers of DCC in the last Committee Current Office Bearers of District Mahila Congress/Seva Dal and President of Block Mahila Congress and Chief of Block Seva Dal District Presidents and Block Presidents of Departments (SC, ST, OBC and Minority) (if any) Office Bearers of PYC, LYC and AYC from the current and preceding Elected Committees from the Lok Sabha constituency Office Bearers of State NSUI, District NSUI and College NSUI Unit Presidents, National Delegates from the current elected Committees and Office Bearers of State and District NSUI Unit from the preceding elected Committees from the Lok Sabha constituency Current elected Mayors/Dy Mayors (Chairpersons/Dy Chairpersons) and Members (corporators) of Municipal Corporation and losing Congress Candidates of the last held Municipal Corporation Election. How do I check my name is enlisted as a VOTER for these Primaries?

There are three ways to check whether you are enlisted as a VOTER for a Lok Sabha Primaries. 1) Check the website http:// 2) Voter Lists will be published in your PCC and DCC offices. 3) Contact the Returning Officer (RO) in charge of the Lok Sabha. The contact details of the Returning Officers (RO) are available on website.

How do I register as VOTER?

If there are any errors, how shall I get them corrected?

The Scrutiny process for correcting the Voters data will be undertaken in your Lok Sabha by the Returning Officer (RO). The dates for this process will be announced soon on the website

What are the scheduled dates for the Primaries?

Instructions for the polling day

1) Voter Serial Number will be provided after Voter List is finalized post scrutiny. Get the Voter Serial No. using any of these 2 ways a. Visit the website http:// , choose the Lok Sabha and then the Voter List option b. Meet the Returning Officer (RO) at the Registeration desk at the polling venue 2) Carry your EPIC Voters card along with you to the polling venue

General Discipline and Code of Conduct

Indiscipline or misbehavior of any sort with the Returning Officer or at the polling booth/convention venue will not be tolerated NO MATTER WHAT THE PROVOCATION. Any breach of discipline will be punished with debarment from the election process, expulsion from the organization and/or possible legal action.
