Led strategic planning efforts on various Business Transformation teams, resulting in identification of over $300 million in potential annual savings from improved asset utilization, process redesign, and reallocation of resources. Led development and implementation of corporate-level strategic scenarios and strategy management system for Board of Directors to utilize in policy setting, allocating resources and communicating corporate strategy. Led multi-functional team tasked with developing and communicating a comprehensive Ten-Year Business Plan focused on securing a competitive future for TVAs integrated power and river operations in a restructured competitive marketplace. Special advisor to division president on use of new business funds and attendant Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) implications. Managed a scenario development team that produced a consolidation model for the defense aerospace industry. The model provided the foundation for product strategy and merger and acquisition options. Results from engineering studies formed the basis for new program gestation and product development. Programs impacted include F-16 variants, F-35, and numerous advance design concepts. Led trade studies for F-16 variants including Thunderbird modifications, Naval Aggressor aircraft to support naval training programs, and supported international sales programs including Israel, Venezuela and Saudi Arabia.
