AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT (SCRUM)

Pragmatic Approach

This course provides a quick start into Agile Project Management. You
will learn Agile principles and practices within the context of a real
world project. You will also learn how real companies are using agile,
versus the idealistic scenarios discussed in many publications.

We will discuss using the Scrum framework, then enhancing it and


customizing it to meet the unique needs of your company or team.

This training is intended for experienced Project Managers who wants


to shift in using Scrum Framework. PMP attendees could attain a PDU
of Seven (7) points.
