(1ot all teams go to *layoffs). Trac/ season has three (2) league meets# Trials# and 'inals. (1ot all Athletes go to 'inals). All 3oaches and Athletes are re4uired to follo5 the MUST 6A++ P+A78 rules. ('ailure to do so 5ill result in forfeiture). ,olley-all athletes shall *lay one (9) rotation 5ithin the first t5o (:) games of a match. .as/et-all athletes shall *lay fi%e (;) consecuti%e minutes 5ithin the first half of a game. Trac/ athletes shall *artici*ate in no more than three (2) running e%ents and one (9) field e%ent *er meet. <n=ured *layers are not su-=ect to the 6A++ P+A78 rules. 9. To -e eligi-le to *artici*ate the Student Athlete and Parent/Guardian agree to the follo5ing a. Student Athlete must ha%e earned a minimum of :.> grade *oint a%erage 5ith no more than one (9) 6'8 Academic grade and no more than t5o (:) 6U8 3iti?enshi* grades. -. Student Athlete must -e in the s*ecific s*orts eligi-le grade le%el. (@thABth ,olley-all C .as/et-all. DthABth Trac/). 1o eligi-le @th/Bth grade *layers shall -e cut from a ,olley-all/.as/et-all team 5ith a Eth grade *layer on the roster. (1o additions to team roster after first league game.) c. Student Athlete must attend a minimum of t5o (:) *ractices or si$ (E) hours total of *ractice *er 5ee/. d. Student Athlete must *ut forth full Effort and Attention and e$hi-it good S*ortsmanshi* and Team5or/ at all times (including classroom time# recess time# *ractice time# game time# and any other school related time). e. Student Athlete must ha%e -een in attendance of at least a minimum school day (9B> instructional minutes) to -e eligi-le to *artici*ate in *ractice and games. f. Student Athlete must 5ear a**ro*riate shoes and clothing. g. .e res*onsi-le for caring for and returning the school uniform. h. Parents are e$*ected to arri%e on time to *ic/ u* their child from *ractice and games. Parents must *ro%ide signed 5ritten notes 5hen student is riding 5ith or -eing *ic/ed u* -y an adult other than his/her *arent. i. 3om*lete an emergency card (in e%ent of in=ury). =. Fa%e insurance in the e%ent of in=ury or accident. S*orts insurance forms are a%aila-le in the school office should your child need insurance. /. The follo5ing -eha%ioral e$*ectations are re4uired 5hen attending games 9. Unaccom*anied children are 1OT allo5ed and *arents are res*onsi-le for the direct su*er%ision of children at all times. :.
