SCOPE OF SUPPLY :

2 nos. Weighbeam type loadcells, DWB 25T, each of capacity 25 T with integral
loadcell cable & necessary mounting accessories in each Upper Pulley Block(UPB).
Total 8 nos. Weighbeams in four UPBs.
Junction boxes as required.
1 no. Weighing controller DWT-SJ-CR housed in a wall mounted panel &
completely wired with the necessary switchgears etc.
1 no. Large display of 300 mm character size with the necessary driver card.
100 mtrs. Flexible special screened cable, EPR insulated for loadcell for connection
from the junction box to the controller, to be mounted in separate dust free
enclosure. This cable should be suitable for cable reeling type.

NOTE :
1. The necessary festooning arrangement with rings etc. & cable reeling drum &
accessories are excluded from our scope of supply & work.

COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS :

PRICE

The above prices offered are Ex-works, Ranchi. Freight

will be borne by you at actual. Transit insurance shall be
arranged by you.

PACKING &
FORWARDING

Extra @ 3%.

TAXES & DUTIES

E.D. & J.S.T. shall be charged at the rates prevailing at the

time of despatch. However, the present rates are :E.D. :
16% + Cess of 2% on E.D.
J.S.T. :
2% against Form IX.

VALIDITY

60 days from the date of the offer.

DELIVERY

5 months from the date of receipt of approved drawings.

PAYMENT TERMS

10% of the P.O. value as advance alongwith the order.

Balance 90% alongwith 100% taxes & duties etc. against Proforma Invoice before
despatch of the materials.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR

SUPERVISION OF ERECTION & COMMISSIONING

The charges will be payable on daily basis @ Rs. 5,800.00 per day, for normal
days, Service tax @ 10.2% extra. The days will be calculated from the day our
Engr. reaches at site till the day he leaves site, for 8 hour workdays.

The to & fro rail fare (AC 2 tier) from Ranchi to the nearest station from the site
plus all the incidental travelling expenses, is to be reimbursed by you.

Free boarding & lodging for our Engr. shall be arranged by you. Local conveyance
for travelling to & fro site from his place of lodging will be arranged by you, free of
cost.
