Kindly note that for Screw take up arrangement the accuracy can not be
guaranteed for a longer period.
Pre-requisites for accuracy and installation of Belt weigher according to enclosed
specification TB 329/2 has to be maintained.. A Straight length of 15m should be
available after last feed point. We are offering belt weigher 2BMP14 with
double mechanics because of the high speed of the belt.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

MECHANICAL
Basic design as per specification TB 160/2 & Drawing E/PG583 enclosed. Scope
includes : -

Two mechanics in series each with one no. Loadcell.

One no. speed pick-up unit with pulse generator.

One Junction Box.

Please note that our system does not require any test weight because our
offered microprocessor based measuring unit INTECONT PLUS has auto
Calibration facility. It has calibration interval setting with signal out put for
selectable intervals.

COSINUS PENDULUM ::
Cosinus pendulum will be provided along with the equipment to compensate the
impact of inclination on measuring result.

ELECTRICAL

Control cubicle, completely wired, tested, of protection class IP 54 with basic

dimensions 550x250x450mm (WXDXH) housing :-

Microprocessor based measuring unit INTECONT PLUS according to

enclosed brochure J9108m with digital display for flow rate and totalised
counts. The following signals will be provided.

1 no 4 -20 mA analog signal corresponding to feed rate for Clients

PLC.
One no. pulse output towards the corresponding value .

Switchgear section comprising of isolating switch, fuses, transformer for

incoming supply.

Special screened cable 1 X (2 +2+2) x 0.5 sq.mm for connection from the
junction box to the controller. We are submitting our offer for the special
screened cable as Per meter basis. This will be extra in addition to our
offer for the belt weigher.
ADDITIONAL FLOWRATE INDICATOR & TOTALISER
Additional one no. flow rate indicator and totaliser shall be provided
in a single enclosure. The additional Flow rate indicator will have display
of digital type, 4 digit display, and character height of 12 mm.
The Totaliser will have display of digital type, 6 digit display and character
height of 6mm. Cables for this are to be provided by the Purchaser.

NOTE :
1)

8 sets of idlers will be required for our system. We will use the existing
idlers of the conveyor. The machining of these idlers to an out-of-round
tolerance of 0.2 mm will be in Client's scope of work. No separate
weighing idlers are required for our system.

2)

The single piece return idlers on the return belt side (2 on top of belt on
either side of tacho pick-up wheel), shall have to be machined to an outof-round tolerance of 0.5 mm by client.

3)

All cables except the special screened cable for loadcell 1X (2+2+2) x 0.5
sq.mm for connection from junction box to our controller shall be in Client's
scope.

Transit Insurance in purchasers scope.

TAXES & DUTIES : Excise Duty & Sales Tax will be charged extra at the rates
prevailing at the time of despatch. However, the present
rates are : E.D.
: 16.32%.
C.S.T.
: 4% against "C" Form.
VALIDITY

: 60 days from the date of offer.

DELIVERY

: 5 months from the date of receipt of order at our Kolkata

office.

PAYMENT TERMS : 10 % as advance along with the Order.

90 % within 7 days of receipt of materials at site.
WARRANTY

: 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months

From the date of supply which ever is earlier.

TERMS FOR SUPERVISION OF ERECTION & COMMISSIONING

Our engineer shall be responsible for only the supervision of Erection &
Commissioning. All manpower, tools & tackles required for the above job
Shall be arranged by Client free of cost.

The services of our engineer are chargeable @ Rs.6200.00 per manday

including service tax.

To & fro AC rail/ car fare from Ranchi to the site for our engineer, have to
be reimbursed by Client.

Client shall provide free lodging, boarding & local conveyance to our
engineer from site to his place of stay, during the period of his stay for the
above job.
