if we get the dealership in Andhra Pradesh things what we to do is 1) At least we require 3 Engineers and 2 workers(sales person) in every district and 1 main person(dealer). 2) Global advertizing will done by the company itself, local advertizing will be done by distributor , what we will do is we have to supply the material and we have to give the targets to local dealers. a) First thought is to advertise through pamphlets (we will pasting on the walls of the street and we will be given along with news paper in the local areas and also we will pasting in busses). b) 2 sales person duty is to approach the small scale industries and builders in the local areas to get the leads, they have to produce at least 5 leads per a month to get their full salary(all travelling allowances will be provided by the dealer). c) What we have to do is [we will advertize the local citicabel channel , face book,twitter,olx. Etc]. d) Even we will conducting the computations on behalf of our company name(primary target is to attract the Inter students and engineering students(this will done after 6 months of our company establishment)) . 3) We have to create a site in the internet regarding our company. 4) What we will be doing is ,we have to take the appointments with main hotels and international schools in the city and town is our primary target(for introducing our product). 5) We have to approach to our government once our product is clicked(to establish our Product in every government office(contract based)). 6) Our next target is to get contract from all companies in AP(from small to big). 7) If anyone in the Andhra Pradesh is interested take the solar ,they have to get it directly from us ,no 3rd party person was allowed, they have to get it only from dealer . 8) After 1 year if we reach our target, we will give sales advertizing project to the call center (they have to do the sales process and also want to receive the complaint calls from the customers).

Work what we to do in the first case is:


1) First we have to select few districts in AP (Vijayawada,Guntur,Nellore,tirupathi ,ongole) .

We will directly establishing the shops in this cities,we will recruit the sales person and the engineers in this areas to start our work initially. 2) Next we will giving the dealerships to the people in the other districts as a franchise. 3) If we get the product for 35rs we will be giving 40rs to a dealer and 45rs to the customer. Thats all dude
