TOP SEAL is a water and alkali proofing having good elasticity, water resistant, and weather resistant. Thus it is very suitable to be used on wall, concrete, asbestos, galvanized , and terracotta surfaces. PRACTICAL INSTRUCTION : 1. Substrate to be painted must be dry and clean of dust, oil, corrosion, fungi, algae, and other impurities. 2. Application for preventing leakage : A. Wall, Concrete/Ducting, Asbestos 1. Sand the substrate with sand-paper and clean it up. 2. Give 1 coat TOP SEAL with 10% clean water dilution as primer coat in vertical direction (up down). 3. Give another 1 coat TOP SEAL without dilution in horizontal direction (left right). B. Galvanize /Zinc 1. Sand the substrate with sand-paper and clean it up. 2. Give 1 coat anti corrosive paint as primer coat. 3. Give 2 coats TOP SEAL without dilution. C. Hair-Cracks < 2 mm Give 1 coat TOP SEAL without dilution on synthetic fiber. After dry, give another 1 coat TOP SEAL without

dilution in cross direction. 3. Application for preventing alkali attack of wall surface. 1. Sand the wall substrate with sand-paper and clean it up. 2. Give 1 coat TOP SEAL with 15% dilution for standard wall condition and 2 coats TOP SEAL for extreme wall condition. 3. After dry, apply wall paint directly.
