EMPLOYMENT
Company Date Role
Throughout my time at One Stop I have been in a managerial position leading teams to achieve targets i n a number of different stores and travelling around to wherever I was needed the most. My day-to-day duties included organising and managing the shifts , managing the takings, banking, rotas, ensuring the stock files were up to date and accurate, making and processing orders, merchandising products and providing quality customer service. I developed my skills of working flexibly and efficiently in different environments. Each store required a different approach as the communities differed vastly. During my time at One Stop I completed numerous health and safety and first aid courses, ensuring that I could maintain a safe working environment for myself and my team and ensuring that I could act decisively in the event of an emergency. I also completed courses in customer service and retail management. Reason for leaving: Not enough hours a vailable after finishing full time education
