Title : Advanced Antenna Controller for Satellite Tracking Application

Duration : Jan 2005 – May 2005
Technology used : LabWindows v7.0, C Programming Language
Description : Implemented a project developing a system controller for a fully
steerable Antenna type and developed an interface between antenna and PC through an
Absolute rotary type single turns encoder and some add-on cards to find the azimuth and
elevation angle of the antenna. Also built a C Program in the National Instrument’s Lab
Windows Environment to create a GUI (Graphical User Interface) for control and
monitoring operations to get a completely automated system considering all the
parameters required in a real-time operating environment.

INHOUSE TRAINING:
INPLANT Training (IPT) at Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO),
Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
