Robor Corrugated 610/762

The corrugated 610/762 is a sinusoidal prole ideally suited for roong and cladding. Originally from the Victorian era, it is probably the most commonly-used prole worldwide. There are two standard sizes known in the market: the corrugated 610 (8.5 corrugations), which has an effective cover of 610mm, and the 762 (10.5 corrugations), with an effective cover of 762mm.

Lengths and roof pitch

The recommended roof pitch for corrugated sheets is at 15 with a slope in excess of 15m. For slopes less than 15m, the recommended roof pitch is 10. Sheets can be ordered in any transportable lengths of up to 13.2m. Special transport is required for any lengths exceeding 13.2m.

Tolerances
Approximately 5mm tolerance is permissible with length, and approximately 3mm tolerance is permissible with width.

Purlins spacings
The negative suction load, caused by wind and downward loads, determines purlin spacings. The calculation of the load (kN/m2) should be specied by an engineer. Please note: This table serves as guideline only
