ORAL DECISION OF THE IMMIGRATION JUDGE This case came before the Court as the result of a Notice to Appear that was issued by the Department of Homeland Security. The charging document alleges that the respondent is a native and citizen of Vietnam and that she is removable from the United States pursuant to Section 237 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The respondent admits each allegation in the Notice to Appear. The Court finds by clear and convincing evidence that the respondent is removable from the United States as charged. The Court sustains the charge of removaf and designates Vietnam.

The respondent was given a chance to get a lawyer. She has advised the Court today that she no_ longer wishes to retain a lawyer and that she wants to be deported to Vietnam as soon as possible. The respondent understands that she'll have to waive her
