TEXCOAT Texcoat by Kansai is an acrylic resin texture coating that incorporates of high-tech acrylic resin. It creates a natural and marvelous effect, and it is used as a high quality exterior texture finishing for residential houses, bungalows, condominiums, hospitals, high rise buildings etc where a spray texture finishing is desired. Suitable for primed surface of concrete, mortar. asonry surface soft and hard board, wood gypsum plastered board and asbestos board. !remium grade acrylic binder pigmented with chal" resistant titanium dioxide and other high grade pigments that resists salts in new mortar, cement rendering and other surfaces. #ood adhesion properties over a wide range of substrate. $xcellent dust, dirt and stain resistance. %ater and chemical resistance. &ungal and algae growth resistance. &ast drying.
