Nursing is not easy job in the word, both men and women who are affianced in the practice of nursing as a health care professional. Nurses are officially responsible for the cure, protection, treatment and improvement of severely or chronically sick or wounded people, giving the good health safety to patients, and cure of life threatening situations. Nurses also perform different kinds of tasks such as big variety of non-clinical function which are very essential to the better deliverance of healthcare services. Nurses always develop the care improvement plans, often working with their senior doctors, therapists, surgeon, and physicians and sometimes working mutually with the family members of the patient and other colleagues (McGillis- al !""#$. Nurses need to be polite and caring to every patient. %t each step, a nurse has to look after the patient carefully regardless of their personal problems& Nurses are likely to be faithful towards their patients as they listen to their patients carefully. 't is not easy for any individual. %s a result, the efforts of nurses should be appreciated for the e(cellent job they are performing every day. Implication for future practice in nursing )his study scrutini*es the idea of educational safety and competency with the help of ethical principles. )he inference of this study is that it encourages the health care staff need to be ethnically alert. Moreover, the opening of new nursing institutes and colleges will commence offering different programs and studies courses in order to providing the knowledge and awareness about the culture in health workers and other staff.

)hese educational programs and actions in cultural competency have been e(ecuted in different countries of the +urope to tackle these matters (,eago !""-$. 'n different countries of the planet, the learning environment for nurses differs broadly. 'n various countries of +urope, nurses are graduated from institutes. with the re/uirement of eighteen months training of programs. 'n compare, 0hile entails the nurse having minimum /ualification of master.s degree. ,o, the aim of these programs is to providing the better understanding related to the diverse culture among the health workers staff with high e(pertise in the field of nursing. 1urther, these programs will enable the health workers to communicate effectively and politely with their patients and understand their problems.

Implication for future research in nursing )his study will facilitate in shaping the set of courses for nursing institutes and colleges as the majority of them will be re/uired to incorporate studies enhanced to promote the awareness related to the culture. Moreover precisely, this will therefore initiate more research in that region as the improvement and results of the fresh studies are assessed. 2atest improvements and innovations are in pipeline to increase areas of concentration and interest in health care services. ospitals also can play a vital role, they can facilitates and encourage the nurses by donating incentives and financially support for certification and reducing monetary blockades to high level /ualifications. +ven though e(perimental support is re/uired to authenticate that how certification and high level /ualification programs impact on patient gladness.

)hese programs will facilitate the nurses to conduct the research and learn innovative things related to the culture so they can familiari*e themselves without any difficulty. 'n the near prospect, awareness on educational or ethical diversity of an area could be a key factor while looking for new jobs openings and opportunities. )herefore, these plans must be initiated in all health care programs as it show the way to development on the +(cellency of healthcare services. Implication for ethical issues +thics in nursing refers to how nurse should behave. 'n nursing profession, the behavior of nurses should be positive towards their patients. 'n their profession nurses need to be consistent towards their profession and must understand the problems of patients. )he ethical culture play a role model in the profession of nursing and it actually defines the main duties of nurses that how they need to look after their patients. 3e are living with all kinds of people with their different culture, and this manipulates their health and fitness behaviors. ence, this study gives confidence nurses to adapt the new thing in the culture and learn and admire the diverse civili*ations that might e(ist to make sure communication with different patients. )his is for the reason that they are capable to understand the mentality of other people.s and keep away from situations that can interrupt or disrespect the patient.s tradition and moral principles. )his capability and awareness helps people to remove the barriers that would otherwise obstruct e(cellence deliverance of health care services. %s a result, a nurse must understand the diversity of culture and give value and respect to the culture that can help them become habituated to
