2014 Subject- To Take Action against Mr Arvind Kejriwal for Breaking Election Code of Conduct Respected Sir, This Complaint is with reference to the shocking incident of the violence that was instigated by AAP supporters in front of the BJP headquarters in Delhi yesterday. The violence was a result of a brief detention of Arvind Kejriwal in Gujarat where it became evident that he did not have necessary permission to carry on with his rally and when he was told about the Model Code of Conduct that has come to place because of the announcement of the election dates by Election Commission, Mr. Kejriwal instead of cooperating with Police, went on arguing and provoked the police to detain him. Soon after that, bulk SMS was sent to AAP office bearers in Delhi to reach BJP headquarters and vigorously protest the arrest of Kejriwal even though in reality he was not arrested at all. It seems clearly a ploy on the part of AAP to deliberately break laws, defy rule books when those are shown to them and then cry foul when legal action is taken against them. Mr Kejriwal and his supporters are deliberately blaming Shri Narendra Modi for all of it even though the detention by Police was based on rules set by the Election Commission of India and not the Gujarat Government. On behalf of Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena, we would like to request Election Commission to take action against Mr Arvind Kejriwal for not just breaking the rules but for also deliberately vitiating the atmosphere before election. Attached with this letter are screen shots of the bulk SMS circulated by AAP.
