The VARK is a questionnaire that provides users with a profile of their learning preferences. These preferences are about the ways that they want to take-in and give-out information. The importance of VARK, for me it is important to know my own method of education and use the strategies adequately and this way to can to have mas resources for a better education and I can also see that it is useful and helped people understand each other and help them learn more effectively in many situations. My score represent in Visual category is 2 that mean that I am bad learning in that area as a learning style. However, I have distanced learning

style. CONCLUSION: The VASK is an interest and excellent questionnaire resource, it help me to identify my learning preferences, when I received a profile explain to me how I can use my learning preferences. For me it is an interesting test. It has only 16 questions that help me understand my preferences and give me important information. I disagree with the result, according the result I dont have any problems in different areas of learning preferences and that is false , when I study I make use one strategies to learn it give me bad result . I have changed my learning strategies because I need include more strategies learning.
