Muscle groups
Small muscle groups: Specialized muscles that are responsible for fine movements; Smaller-sized muscles used for detailed operations that do not require high strength; High-strength tasks can cause strain risk of injury; Sensible and fragile. Large muscle groups: Large muscles that are responsible for greater movements; Required for high strength operations; Natural way of applying heavy loads; Low risks of injury in range of forces considered for this task. Range of movement: Main focus: wrist joint Limited range of movement without increased strain and discomfort on the joint; Limited amount of strength; Common injuries to this area: carpal tunnel syndrome.
