Before you sit down to negotiate this years budget details, remember that 8,961 management/confidential (M/C) employees

and their families are counting on you to stand up for them.

Professionalism, fairness and equity have nothing to do with ideology. NOW is the time to right a wrong for M/C employees!

...the states non-unionized Management / Confidential Employees have (had) their pay frozen even as coworkers received raises... ...the underlying unfairness: asking one group of employees to help balance the budget while their coworkers get raises. ...M/Cs are caught in state budget politics... No raises for M/Cs for five years....Which is exactly why Governor Cuomo and the legislature need to do the right thing...

Its time to fix the M/C Wage freeze and salary structure and include A.8813/S.6571 in the enacted budget.
