Uses WebECTM (www.WebECTM.ca) WebECTM Account set-up with aircraft and users Welcome Package
Sent to ECTM Contact Includes:
WebECTM description Contact information Engine Status description Requests acknowledgement from operator to close enrollment process
Data Received by e-mail and processed (Optional DCU method) ECTM Data reviewed within 1 working day of download ECTM graphs reviewed in WebECTM for gradual changes or shifts in performance based on:
N1 N2 ITT Fuel Flow
Every analyst ECTM review is logged in WebECTM Engine Status is displayed in the Aircraft Report
Green - Normal On Watch (Orange) No action required Yellow Action required Red Immediate action required/low margin engine
Engine Status Change Notifications Notify customers who are late submitting ECTM data
Typically 30 days Can be adjusted depending on regulatory or contractual obligations
When the engine is flagged Yellow or Red, follow Analyst recommendation(s) and report back findings Customers can contact their Analyst by email or through WebECTM
Analyst will update ECTM log with customer comments unless already replied through WebECTM The next data upload will be used to confirm performance recovery
