Major Theme 2: Threats and Opportunities Opportunities in the business environment are those factors that provide possibilities

for a business to expand so as to make more sales and profits. Constraints/threats are those factors that limit the ability to grow, and reduce sales and profit potential

(www.businesscasestudies.co.uk, 2013). This opportunities and threats has two way around effect on the business environment it can be advantage or disadvantage depend on how the entrepreneurs manage such factors. This theme is subdivided to two sub themes:

Influence of government in having a business

The government influences the businesses in many ways. Taxation policy can affect the business costs and either the legalities for the business process to make. Mr. Jal mentioned this two aspects as problems for their business. ... Sa ngayon ang.. usually ang common problem lang naman diyan is yung paperworks yung mga rehistro, legalities tapos, kaya kailangan meron kang alam sa ano.. sa legalities kapag bibili ka ng sasakyan. tapos ang kinakaharap na problema diyan yung ano.. yung.. yung government.. ano.. tax..." - Mr. Jal Borromeo said.

Mr. Jal pointed out that taxation is the real problem of the buy and sell business. He stated the fact that strengthens that the taxation can influence the business.

"...taxation kasi ano yan nag kakaroon na ng ahh study na lahat ng online buying and selling eh lalagyan ng ano ng tax. yan ang magiging problema ng mga ano online buy and sell... - Mr. Jal Borromeo said.

Mr. Jal said that even the government impose that all online buy and sell will have a tax it will not be a problem if the control system of the business is under control or in a way that the business plan is legal in policy of the government as Mr. Jal said:

" ...siyempre kung ano ung legal dun tayo. pero ang importante dun yung control. control system nila. kailangan malaman natin yung protocol nung ano nung policy nila para malaman natin ung magiging solusyon. hangga't wala yung iniimpose na ano, na.. na.. ganung requirement eh hindi pa natin makikita yung ano.. yung pinaka full figures of.. pinaka ball figures ng ano.. ng problema..." - Mr. Jal Borromeo said.

Determination to overcome the unexpected problems Entrepreneurs need to be either very capable people or have the know-how to find the right help at the right price. They must be versatile. They must be knowledgeable of what they're doing on their business so that when their client encounters problems, they can quickly and efficiently resolve the issues.
