EXTENSION OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS WE, ELISA M. MAGALING MARTE AND ELVIRA MAGALING PEDEO, both of legal age, widows, Filipino and residents of No. 2671 San Benissa Garden Villas, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City, both heirs of Mariqueta Pobeda and Isidro Magaling do hereby APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE LOLITA LUALHATI C. DE GUZMAN of legal age, married, Filipino and a residents of 3rd St. Medicion, Imus, Cavite as our true and legal representative act for and in our name and instead and to perform the following acts: 1. To offer for sale a portion of land situated in barrio Pakiing, Mulanay Quezon under Tax Declaration no. 02-20-0919-0602-A in the name of Isidro and Mariqueta Magaling, consisting of 419,0041 hectares under the following conditions: 1.1. that from tax declaration no. 02-20-0919-0602- A, only One Hundred hectares shall be offered for sale; 1.2. that the above mentioned one hundred hectares shall be offered for sale fifteen pesos per square meter. 1.3. that the portion of land to be offered for sale shall be adjacent to the Barrio Pakiing Brgy. Hall and Pakiing High School. 1.4. that the frontage of the property to be offered for sale shall not be in the middle of the property 1.5. that all expenses relative to titling and capital gain of the land shall be in the account of registered agents- MARIBEL F. LLAMAS. 2. In case the transaction is consummated, to arrange for the payment of the property in the form of a bank managers clerk in any local in Lucena City payable to LOLITA LUALHATI DE GUZMAN 3. To act and finalize the selling of the property in thirty days beginning March 5, 2014 to April 30, 2014 after which this instrument shall be deemed terminated. HEREBY GRANTING UNTO our representative full power and authority to execute and perform a very act necessary to render effective the above-delegated power as through we ourselves have so informed it, and hereby approving all that she may do by virtue hereof with full substitution of her person and revocation of this instrument.
