Please Note that: 1. For President Obama the period Saturn/Saturn ends in 2015-July.

2. The next US Presidential Elections is in Nov 2016 (Rahu/Rahu period).

Natal Chart Analysis:

Birth chart of USA: Mars Balance Period is : 0 years, 1 month, 12 days. With DOB as 4th July, 1776 the Mars Balance period is 1 month and 12 days. Each Vimsottari Dasa lasts for 120 years. Thus first Vimsottari Dasa completed on 1889-Aug-18. The second was completed on 2009-Aug-18. Thus for USA, the third Vimsottari Dasa began with Mars period starting on 2009-Aug-18 and ending on 2016Aug-18. Rarely, we get an opportunity to see the same planet period again. Since USA was born in 1775AD, its Natal Chart hag gone thru atleast 4 to 5 times the whole Planetary cycle.

Mars is Lord of 1st & 6th House is in 8th House. Mars is cojoined with Sun, Venus & Jupiter. Mars is aspecting 2nd, 3rd & 11th Houses. In 11th House is Saturn, hence Mars is aspecting Saturn.

The 8th House lord is Mercury and Mercury is an enemy to Mars and Jupiter and a friend to Venus.

Saturn is Lord of 3rd & 4th Houses is in 11th House. Hence Saturn rules 11th House, spoils 12th House. Using Saturn's 4th House aspect its 2nd House gets afflicted too.

Also, Moon, Mars, Jupiter & Mercury are all in UNFAVOURABLE positions.

Mercury is in 9th House, the 5th House from here is 1st House. Mercury creates ups & downs in 1st house.
