Abstract 5 The purpose of the paper is to create an independent nation and development in the field of economy can run optimally by Entrepreneur Hall with Linkage Channeling this program. The research methodology used in writing this paper is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The data used are secondary data including literature studies. One of the things that can support the growing interest in entrepreneurship in society is education. Entrepreneur Hall is an entrepreneurship education and training programs provided to the community which have productive age. Entrepreneur Hall program requires cooperation among multiple actor namely government e!perts and private. "n the system of education and training programs in Entrepreneur Hall there are three levels in each grade division where the distribution of levels ranging from basic level to advanced. #ith the e!istence of division level it is e!pected to emerge entrepreneurship education and training and to the community as e!pected it could run well. $t the end of the training there will be Entrepreneur %estival which presents the products created by society. The hope after society separated from the program it will grow interest in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial development will be in continuity in the community. This can be evidenced through the development of &icro 'mall and &edium Enterprises in the lining of the community. &icro small and medium enterprises will be developed by Channeling Linkage (rogram which is a program of cooperation between commercial banks with cooperative participants in order to improve access to financing &icro and 'mall Enterprises )&'Es*.
